Backorders drop at a specific time, and they have to be confirmed before we can try to get them. But we also know that sometimes things happen and it may be necessary to make a deposit in order to have more time to complete the payments. So this is to authorize enough to hold a backorder pending the full payment. Arrangements must be made ahead of time for the payment timing.
